Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Shelley Spence, a Nationally-Certified Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist with a teletherapy practice in Tennessee. I empower preteens, teens, young adults, and moms of littles to process the root of their fear and pain and begin to walk in freedom…and in their God-given, real, true selves.
I utilize play-based therapy with children, as well as talk, trauma-informed, and expressive therapies with teens and adults.
In addition, driven out of a call to speak up on behalf of the vulnerable, I educate churches, ministries, educators, and non-profits on the affects of trauma, and equip them with practical strategies to increase their effectiveness with individuals of all ages.
