I run a private telehealth practice in Tennessee where I empower pre/teens, young adults, and moms of “littles” to process the root of their fear and pain and begin to walk in freedom…and in their God-given, real, true selves.

And faith-based organizations work with me to educate parents, churches, ministries, educators, and non-profits on the affects of trauma, and equip them with practical strategies to increase their effectiveness with individuals of all ages.
